At 3D-Fuel, we stand behind the quality of our premium filaments and 3D printing supplies. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened or defective items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the specific reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the unused filament or electronics in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Ship to 3D-Fuel
Send your package via a trackable shipping service to our returns processing center; we recommend keeping your tracking number until the return is finalized.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
